This is a spacious, open concept, private home with four bedrooms and lots of living space. This well equipped home is in a fantastic, central neighbourhood with parks and shopping nearby and a 10 minute drive to downtown Winnipeg.
The main floor of the house has new hardwood bamboo floors throughout and the kitchen features a large island with bar stool seating and quartz countertops. The open plan living room, dining room and kitchen features two large corner sofas and a generously sized dining table that can be extended.
The house gets lots of natural light and the kitchen opens out onto a deck and fenced back yard which gets plenty of sun throughout the day. All of this creates a very relaxing and comfortable feeling indoor/outdoor living space.
The three bedrooms on the main floor each have a closet and additional storage.
The basement is bright and spacious with luxury vinyl plank flooring. The rec room has a large couch and 55 inch TV. The basement bedroom has a dresser, side table and a queen sized bed.
Complete access to the main floor of the house and to the basement. The garage is not included and will be kept locked.
There is a parking pad beside the garage that is available for guest usage and easily fits two large cars or trucks.

Summary: This was an excellent stay! The host was very responsive and helpful with our questions and requests. The location was very close to lots of different activities, so we were able to make the most of the trip. Check-in and out were simple and the host provided extra keys for us to use. When we walked in, we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. Everything had been cleaned so well. We loved having multiple bathrooms and bedrooms available during our stay. Thank-you for a great experience!

Summary: This house was perfect for our group of 5 adults! We wanted lots of space to gather and the layout gave us ample room to visit and socialize. We appreciated how clean and tidy the house was. It was one of the best stocked and well appointed rentals we’ve ever stayed at! Jude was a superb Host and thought of everything - great communication, very responsive and accommodating too.The neighborhood was quiet and close to the attractions we wanted to experience, including Thermea spa. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Our multigenerational family enjoyed our stay very much. There was room for everyone, and house was fully stocked (dishes, glassware, cutlery, cookware etc). Communication with the owner was top notch and self check in and check out was easy peasy. Teenagers enjoyed the basement (bedroom, 3 pc bath and tv room). House is exactly as advertised, beautifully renovated, open spaces, and clean. Appreciated the modern appliances, ac, and alarm clocks in every bedroom. Location was great, close to restaurants, supermarkets, airport, the zoo and downtown. Quiet, friendly neighbourhood. Would recommend to friends and family, would definitely stay here again if we return to Winnipeg.
